Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Care Specialist to join our team at Ranaich House in Dunblane. As a key member of our residential support team, you will work closely with residents to promote their independence, well-being, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services
* Monitor and report on resident progress, identifying opportunities for growth and development
* Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
* Relevant experience working in a care or support environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Commitment to promoting resident independence, dignity, and well-being
