Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Home in Dunblane, near Stirling. This is a permanent full-time or part-time position, with opportunities for bank work available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the highest standards of care within the nursing home, upholding residents' rights to privacy, dignity, and choice, and providing a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a care setting, preferably within elderly care

Salary

Estimated salary: £24,432 - £31,136 per annum (based on 37 hours per week)
