We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our Managed Services team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional first-line service desk support to our clients and serving as the primary liaison between clients' end users and the Customer Support team.

The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying solutions, mitigating risks, and leading efforts to resolve incidents efficiently while delivering outstanding customer value.

Proficiency in German is required due to communication with German-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to client queries, diagnose incidents, and deliver resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate relevant service details to clients in a user-friendly manner.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in supporting Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) users.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and user administration, including creation, amendment, and closure of user accounts.
  • Familiarity with the ITIL framework and certification is desirable.
  • Experience with applications such as Citrix, remote desktop, TeamViewer, Bomgar, ServiceNow, Azure.

Estimated Salary: £28,500 per annum
