Group Financial Controller

Lusona Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Leadership Expert for a service sector client.

This role will lead the finance function, manage a team of ten, and play a pivotal role in the company's strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of financial and management accounting for six Group companies, including month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and year-end audits.

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Manage cash flow and provide insightful financial analysis to support key business decisions.

A competitive salary of c£85k is offered, along with 4% pension contribution, private healthcare, and performance-related bonus.
