Reception Duty Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reception Duty Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn London Regents Park. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of receptionists to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Provide exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to resolve guest complaints and issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Reception Supervisor and Duty Manager in a hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure to meet business needs.
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and financial systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
