The Priory Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Ward Manager/Charge Nurse to join our CAMHS Low Secure Unit team at Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the efficient and safe delivery of clinical care and risk management of young people
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-skilled, experienced, motivated, and creative Multi-Disciplinary Team
  • Develop and implement effective therapeutic and rehabilitative services for young females aged
  • Manage and mitigate complex risk issues and needs, including childhood trauma, complex PTSD, Attachment Disorder, and emerging Personality Disorder
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless care pathways and transitions

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
  • Experience working in a CAMHS Low Secure Unit or similar setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
