About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Ward Manager/Charge Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and supporting our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and support the implementation of our service's vision and values.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that promotes patient recovery and well-being.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff to ensure that our team has the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Work closely with our medical and therapy teams to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £40,014 - £43,313.92 DOE + £5,000 welcome bonus + Enhancements.
  • A 37.5-hour working week.
