About the Role

Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Ward Manager/Charge Nurse to join our acute mental health team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the nursing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient-centered care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives, enhancing the quality of care and patient outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members, promoting their professional development and well-being.
