About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Ward Manager/Charge Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal. As a key member of our Multi-Disciplinary Team, you will be responsible for contributing to the efficient and safe delivery of clinical care and risk management of young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care to young people with complex mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the service and improve outcomes.

Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal is a leading provider of mental health services for young people and adults. Our Woodlands unit is a CAMHS Low Secure Unit that offers therapeutic and rehabilitative services for young females with complex mental health needs.
