About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Deputy Ward Manager/Charge Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and supporting our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and support the implementation of our service's vision and values.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our service's policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with best practice and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our service's quality improvement plan.
  • Support the development and implementation of our service's training and education programs, ensuring our staff have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
