Role:

As the Chief Climate and Sustainability Risk Officer, you will lead our efforts in identifying, assessing, and managing climate-related risks across our organization. You will work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to address climate-related risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the climate and sustainability risk team, overseeing climate risk policies, procedures, and governance structures. Design a sustainability risk program and monitor forward-looking risks, such as nature and biodiversity risks. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure appropriate responsibility and accountability for climate risk management.

Requirements:

College or university degree and/or relevant work experience in risk management is preferred. Direct understanding of and experience with climate risk management is strongly preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to be highly flexible and adaptable to change.
