Care Assistant Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to work as a self-employed carer for an elderly lady in Yatton. The successful candidate will work flexibly to provide personal care, ensure medication is taken, and prepare meals and snacks.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with dementia and diabetes, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
  • Ensuring medication is taken as prescribed
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Encouraging social interaction and activities
  • Light housekeeping and laundry

Requirements:

  • Reliable and trustworthy individual
  • Experience working with individuals with dementia and diabetes (training can be provided)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Rate: £30,900 per annum (£15.85 per hour)

Location: Yatton, Bristol (BS49)
