Service Booking Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Booking Administrator to join our team at the Richard Abson Group in Manchester. As a Service Booking Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all reception booking procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively, maintaining a steady flow of available work through the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking the online service system and making necessary bookings and confirm customer's appointments.
  • Responding to incoming service related calls, providing advice to customers and arranging bookings.
  • Making follow up calls after service visit.
  • Calling customers and chasing service reminder bookings.
  • Assisting the Service Advisors as and when required to carry out administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer background and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of how vehicle works.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence situations.
  • Computer literate (Kerridge experience desirable).
  • Great professional manner.
