We are seeking a skilled Service Booking Administrator to join our team at Richard Abson Group in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills to work directly in the service department, booking and scheduling service and repair work, keeping customers informed and up-to-date at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all reception booking procedures are carried out and maintain a steady flow of available work through the workshop.
  • Check the online service system and any direct email booking requests and make the necessary bookings and confirm customer's appointments.
  • Respond to incoming service related calls, provide advice to customers and arrange bookings.
  • Make follow up calls after service visit.
  • Call customers and chase service reminder bookings.
  • Assist the Service Advisors as and when required to carry out administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer background and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of how vehicles work.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence situations.
  • Computer literacy (Kerridge experience desirable).
  • Great professional manner.
