Service Booking Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Booking Administrator to join our team at the Richard Abson Group in Manchester. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for booking and scheduling service and repair work, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient reception booking procedures and maintain a steady flow of available work through the workshop.
  • Check online service systems and email booking requests, making necessary bookings and confirming customer appointments.
  • Respond to service-related calls, provide advice to customers, and arrange bookings.
  • Make follow-up calls after service visits and chase service reminder bookings.
  • Assist Service Advisors with administration tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service background and ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and ability to negotiate and influence situations.
  • Computer literacy, with Kerridge experience desirable.
  • Professional manner and excellent communication skills.
