Renewal Sales Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Renewal Sales Administrator to join our team at Set3 Solutions Ltd. As a Renewal Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth renewal process of our customers' contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers.
  • Ensure Zoho CRM is accurately updated with all sales activities, including quotations.
  • Keep Xero updated with order acknowledgements, invoices, purchase orders, and bills.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices via phone and email to ensure timely payment.
  • Monitor contract renewal dates, proactively reaching out to customers throughout the renewal process, and following up with customers who haven't responded.
  • Analyse renewal data to increase renewal rates and boost recurring business.
  • Reach out to customers who choose not to renew, collecting feedback, and collaborating with team members to address any issues.
  • Upgrade editions and cross-sell products during renewal discussions.
  • Follow up on renewal quotes and process renewal orders efficiently.
  • Contact potential and existing customers to offer our services.
  • Handle both telephone and email enquiries, escalating issues to other team members when necessary.
  • Complete various administrative tasks, such as filling out New Supplier forms.

Requirements:

  • Be based within a reasonable commuting distance from the office.
  • Experience in sales administration.
  • A proven track record of working towards both team and individual targets.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Self-motivation with a proactive, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
  • Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
