We're offering an exciting and varied opportunity for a Renewal Sales Administrator to join our growing team at Set3 Solutions, a market leader in the ManageEngine software suite. ManageEngine offers a comprehensive range of service management solutions, from network and device management to security and service desk software. As an award-winning UK Technology Partner of ManageEngine, Set3 provides sales, support, implementation, consultancy, and training for the entire product range. This is a fantastic opportunity in IT Sales Administration for a goal-oriented individual with an appetite for success.
We’ll provide full training to ensure you feel confident in the role, and there will be plenty of room to develop your skills and advance your career.
Ensuring Zoho CRM is accurately updated with all sales activities, including quotations.
Keeping Xero updated with order acknowledgements, invoices, purchase orders, and bills.
Following up on overdue invoices via phone and email to ensure timely payment.
Monitoring contract renewal dates, proactively reaching out to customers throughout the renewal process, and following up with customers who haven't responded.
Analysing renewal data to increase renewal rates and boost recurring business.
Contacting potential and existing customers to offer our services.
Handling both telephone and email enquiries, escalating issues to other team members when necessary.
We’re looking for someone with great communication skills who enjoys building relationships with customers. Be based within a reasonable commuting distance from the office.
Experience in sales administration.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Office located in a picturesque area, with well-maintained communal gardens and countryside walks nearby.
Competitive salary package aligned with the candidate's qualifications, experience, and the market value of the role.

23 days of annual leave, plus public holidays.

Permanent, full-time position, Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm, excluding public holidays.
