About the Role:

As a Renewal Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate updates of sales activities in Zoho CRM, including quotations.
  • Keeping Xero up-to-date with order acknowledgements, invoices, purchase orders, and bills.
  • Following up on overdue invoices via phone and email to ensure timely payment.
  • Monitoring contract renewal dates, proactively reaching out to customers throughout the renewal process, and following up with customers who haven't responded.
  • Analysing renewal data to increase renewal rates and boost recurring business.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers to offer our services.
  • Handling both telephone and email enquiries, escalating issues to other team members when necessary.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Experience in sales administration.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
