About the Role:
As a Renewal Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accurate updates of sales activities in Zoho CRM, including quotations.
- Keeping Xero up-to-date with order acknowledgements, invoices, purchase orders, and bills.
- Following up on overdue invoices via phone and email to ensure timely payment.
- Monitoring contract renewal dates, proactively reaching out to customers throughout the renewal process, and following up with customers who haven't responded.
- Analysing renewal data to increase renewal rates and boost recurring business.
- Contacting potential and existing customers to offer our services.
- Handling both telephone and email enquiries, escalating issues to other team members when necessary.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Experience in sales administration.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
