Renewal Sales Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Renewal Sales Administrator to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Update Zoho CRM with all sales activities, including quotations, to maintain accurate records.
  • Keep Xero updated with order acknowledgements, invoices, purchase orders, and bills to ensure seamless financial management.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices via phone and email to ensure timely payment and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Monitor contract renewal dates, proactively reaching out to customers throughout the renewal process, and following up with customers who haven't responded.
  • Analyse renewal data to increase renewal rates and boost recurring business.
  • Reach out to customers who choose not to renew, collecting feedback, and collaborating with team members to address any issues.
  • Upgrade editions and cross-sell products during renewal discussions to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Follow up on renewal quotes and process renewal orders efficiently to ensure timely completion.
  • Contact potential and existing customers to offer their services, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Handle both telephone and email enquiries, escalating issues to other team members when necessary, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Complete various administrative tasks, such as filling out New Supplier forms, to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Detail-oriented and confident working with numbers, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of working towards both team and individual targets, with a self-motivated and proactive attitude.
  • Strong numerical skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
