Job Title: Training Programme Director

Join NHS England as a Training Programme Director and play a key role in delivering excellence in teaching and training courses for Anaesthesia trainees.

About the Role

The Training Programme Director will support the Head of School in developing and implementing a high-quality teaching programme for Anaesthesia trainees in the North West (Manchester) rotation.

The post holder will be responsible for leading the development of the School's Teaching Programme, collating and acting on feedback from courses, and working with the Head of School and local trainers to ensure high-quality teaching and training for trainees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of School and local trainers to design and deliver high-quality teaching and training courses for Anaesthesia trainees.
  • Work with the Head of School to support trainers and trainees in leading teaching and training courses, and to arrange and review feedback for courses.
  • Develop and implement a shared learning strategy to increase effective inter-professional working across the school.
