Job Title: Training Programme Director

NHS England is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Training Programme Director for the North West (Manchester) Rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the School's Research programme and provide feedback to the Training Committee.
  • Collaborate with the Head of School of Anaesthesia/Associate Head of Anaesthesia and local trainers and trainees to ensure high-quality teaching and training for trainees on the North West (Manchester) rotation.
  • Support trainers and trainees in leading teaching and training courses on the North West (Manchester) rotation, arranging and reviewing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Create and promote shared learning opportunities to enhance inter-professional working across the school.

Working Arrangements:

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
