About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our German Doner Kebab team in Birmingham. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, customer service, and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and train a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and labor costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the franchisee and GDK personnel to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong financial management skills and ability to control costs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
