Part-Time Office Coordinator

Role OverviewThis is a part-time receptionist role, working 3 days a week in our office. As a member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Audit and replenish office supplies as required;
- Maintain the reception area, waiting space, and kitchen in a tidy state;
- Liaise with building cleaners, security, and facilities when necessary;
- Answer the phone in a friendly, professional manner, adhering to Netcompany standards;
- Perform various administrative duties, such as photocopying, printing, booking travel, and updating spreadsheets;
- Sort and scan post, ensuring it reaches the relevant individuals;
- Manage access control, temporary passes, and building passes for employees and visitors;
- Ensure the building's security is maintained, reporting any breaches;
- Support events and meetings, providing hospitality requirements;
- Deal with inquiries and escalate issues to the Facilities/Office Manager where necessary;
- Contribute to company events and meetings, assisting with logistical arrangements;
- A competitive salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on location);
