We are seeking a qualified Specialty Neonatal Nurse to join our team at Basildon Hospital. As a key member of our neonatal unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse to take on a leadership role in our neonatal unit. You will be responsible for directing, supervising, and monitoring the provision of nursing care to meet the needs of level 1, level 2, and level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Patients.
Main Duties- Direct and supervise the provision of nursing care to meet the needs of our patients.
- Participate in the management of the neonatal unit, demonstrating sound organizational skills.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a nurse with the following qualifications and experience:
- NMC registration
- Neonatal course qualified
- Mentorship qualification (desirable)
