Veterinary Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Southfields Veterinary Specialists. As a Night Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities- Provide inpatient and emergency care to patients from various disciplines, including neurology, surgery, oncology, cardiology, ophthalmology, and internal medicine.
- Assist with incoming emergencies and be responsible for case handovers each day.
- Work as part of a large night team, including interns, nurses, trainee nurses, and patient care assistants.
- Develop and implement new protocols with the Senior Night Nurse and Head of Nursing Services.
- Participate in an on-call rota.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for providing exceptional clinical service to patients.
- Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative.
- Desire to build upon current knowledge and experience, utilizing learning opportunities available through Linnaeus and external CPD providers.
- Passion to guide and support junior team members to reach their full potential.
- Ability to help develop and shape a growing service.
