Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Brandgaard Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our PropTech business to estate agents, helping them enhance their services and drive new business.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business leads and pass them on to the sales team for conversion
- Convert self-generated leads into instructions and manage ongoing relationships with estate agents
- Encourage new instructions for auctions from both new and existing estate agents
- Build referral networks by creating and maintaining relationships with agents
- Collaborate with the Director of Transaction Optimisation and the sales team to develop strategies for new products and lead generation
- Leverage social networks and marketing efforts to target different categories of clients
- Work closely with other teams to generate referrals from a broad internal network
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring client retention and revenue growth
- Represent the business at industry events as an exhibitor and occasional presenter
- Develop clients as advocates and referrers to promote ongoing business
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition
- A self-starter who thrives in generating their own leads and working independently
- Strong outbound sales experience with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships
- Excellent communication and telesales skills, with the ability to generate high-quality referrals
- A strategic thinker with the ability to work alongside cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success
- Willingness to attend industry events and represent the business as needed
