Renewals Business Development Manager

As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our monthly targets and drive business growth. You will work collaboratively with the Renewals Team Leader to provide ad-hoc support and facilitate the success of the renewals function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
• Work closely with the Renewals Team Leader to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners
• Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements:
• Good standard of education, including GCSE level 4/grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English
• At least two years of business-to-business sales/sales administration experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise and re-prioritise tasks as needed
