Business Intelligence Manager

Elite Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of Business Intelligence Officers and analyzing customer-facing and internal processes to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Business Intelligence Officers to ensure the delivery of high-quality data insights.
- Analyze customer-facing and internal processes to identify opportunities for improvement and develop new tools and systems to facilitate analysis.
- Develop a complete understanding of Business Intelligence to shape and create the department.
- Provide specialist advice and guidance on datasets and sources, analysis, research, and reporting to users of data and intelligence.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the team to reach their full potential.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, up to the Executive Management Team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence, with a strong understanding of SQL and data analysis.
- Ability to influence and work with Management Teams and the Executive Management Team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
