About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Patient Pathway Tracker. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and track patient pathways to ensure timely completion of treatment and minimize delays.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, administrators, and other stakeholders to identify and address potential bottlenecks in patient flow.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve patient experience and reduce waiting times.
  • Provide training and support to staff on Referral to Treatment (RTT) processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of clinical pathways and protocols.
Requirements
  • English GCSE or equivalent.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office package, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
