About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pension Administrator to join our team in various locations, offering flexible hybrid working arrangements. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior pension professional to further develop their expertise and skills in delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of pension scheme clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Develop and implement effective administration strategies to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide training, peer review, and development opportunities.
  • Participate in member events, take on ad-hoc projects, and represent the company at internal and external meetings.
  • Utilize strong communication and organizational skills to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced senior pension administrator with a strong background in delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in managing, mentoring, and developing teams.
