We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Specialist to join our expanding Pension Administration Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide technical Pensions Administration services to a portfolio of clients, calculate and make payments of scheme benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical Pensions Administration services to clients, ensuring accurate and timely calculations and payments.
- Train and mentor new members of the team, helping them develop their knowledge and understanding of Pensions Administration.
- Check and authorise the work of other team members, ensuring compliance with benefit structures, trust deeds, and pensions legislation.
- Support the Administration Manager in meeting deadlines and undertaking project management work.
- Handle queries from HMRC and DWP, liaising confidently with clients, scheme actuaries, and other third parties.
- Ensure compliance checking is maintained and the team works to legislative requirements.
- Answer technical queries from members by phone, email, and letter.
