About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Bank Care Assistant. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Salary: £20,200 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on location)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care to residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, promoting their independence and autonomy
  • Work collaboratively with other care staff to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in healthcare or related field (desirable)
  • Previous experience in care work (essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
