Responsibilities and Requirements

  3. Collaborate with Professionals: Collaborate with other professionals to achieve positive outcomes and maintain accurate records and reports.
  4. Promote Independence: Promote independence and dignity of service users.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent, along with excellent leadership and management skills. A strong understanding of healthcare policies and procedures is also essential.

What We Offer

As a Deputy Nurse Manager at Avon Search & Selection, you can expect a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
