About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mental Health Assistant to join our dedicated care team at Pobl Group. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide person-centred support to individuals with mental health needs, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement person-centred support plans
  • Providing emotional support and encouragement to help individuals build confidence and self-esteem
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores

What You'll Need
  • A background in working with individuals with mental health needs is desirable, but not essential as full training and support will be provided
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals and colleagues alike
  • A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of care delivery
