Nurse Leadership Position

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

The NHS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse to fill the role of Nurse Leadership Position. As a key member of the Ward 9 team in Prince Phillip Hospital, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership to the nursing team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing professional nursing leadership and guidance to the nursing team.
  • Coordinating daily shift activities and managing ward resources effectively.
  • Working collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contributing to the implementation of NMC standards and promoting excellence in patient care.

About the Role:

  • Applicants must have current NMC registration and relevant postgraduate qualifications.
  • Experience in leading a team and managing ward operations is essential.
  • Able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with NMC Code 2015 and its application in clinical practice.
