Job Title: Residential Care Manager

Estimated Salary: £30,000 per annum

Location: Llanelli

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Home Manager to lead our residential care team in providing exceptional person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service, lead a team of care professionals, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Quality Care: Ensure residents receive tailored care, promoting person-centred care and continuous improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with CQC standards, conducting audits and implementing improvements.
  • Staff Development: Provide leadership, support, and training for the care team to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, resource allocation, and ensure the efficient running of the service while maintaining financial sustainability.
  • Families & Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with families, external professionals, and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for service users.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in managing residential services for adults with complex needs.
  • Well-versed in CQC regulations and standards.
