About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Broker Back-Up Technician to join our US Property team at Gallagher. As a key member of our market-leading broking team, you will play a vital role in supporting our brokers and producers across binder and open-market business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing contract documents and endorsements
  • Liaising with broking/processing/accounts teams
  • Delivery of policy documentation/file handling and tracking
  • Generating and issuing evidence of cover, debit notes, and closing instructions
  • Assisting on the placement of the risk through the process from submission receipt and preparation of broking information and contract right through to delivery of debit notes and allocation of funds
  • Complying with AJG Professional Standards Manual in accordance with statutory requirements for the role, with specific attention to managing client information, whistle blowing, and treating customers fairly
About You

We are looking for someone with good attention to detail and a collaborative approach to working as part of a team. Previous experience in a supporting role within the London Market insurance industry is preferable, but not a formal requirement. Binder/line-slip experience is also desirable.
