Job Summary

Bilfinger UK is seeking an experienced Office Administration Manager to support our Regional Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support, maintain office policies and procedures, and ensure the smooth operation of our site office facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Regional Management Team
  • Maintain office policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Liaise with Document Control
  • Organise and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Maintain office supplies and contact lists
  • Book travel and meetings arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants

Desirable Criteria

  • Proven experience as senior administrative assistant or office manager
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel / Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
