About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Facilities Supervisor to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building facilities management, with experience in supervising teams and managing facilities operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, and that our employees have a safe and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of facilities staff
  • Ensure that facilities are maintained to the highest standards
  • Manage facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
  • Develop and implement facilities management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that facilities meet the needs of our employees and customers
Requirements
  • 6+ years' experience in building facilities management
  • Proven track record of supervising teams and managing facilities operations
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
