Regional Business Development Manager

Establish yourself as a leading Key Account Manager within the thriving Construction/Hire industry in the South East and London region.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop business from major customers through effective account management, customer visits, and presentations. As part of our esteemed hire company, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Competitive Salary: Circa £45-£50k DOE, complemented by a lucrative commission scheme offering up to £20k per annum.
- A comprehensive benefits package including a company car, fuel card, 25 days' annual leave (plus bank holidays), and access to a pension and healthcare schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients across various sectors, including Plant Hire, Tool Hire, Powered Access, Accommodation Hire, Generator Hire, and Pump Hire.
- Conduct regular customer visits to provide exceptional service and identify opportunities for growth.
- Attend prominent industry events to establish ourselves as thought leaders and expand our market presence.
- Manage existing accounts effectively, driving revenue increases through strategic partnerships and tailored solutions.
