Surgical Assessment Unit Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Assessment Unit, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients referred from various sources, including GPs, walk-in clinics, and emergency departments.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with the Clinical Education Lead, Modern Matrons, and Ward/Department Managers to identify development and training requirements for nursing, midwifery, nursing associate, and healthcare support staff within designated clinical areas.
- Support staff with mandatory training through classroom-based sessions, e-learning, and monitoring compliance.
- Collaborate with other professional groups to maximize development opportunities and interprofessional learning.
