Surgical Assessment Unit Nurse

We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our Surgical Assessment Unit, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients referred from various sources, including GP, walk-in clinics, and emergency departments.
As a registered nurse in surgical emergency, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting in accordance with the NMC Code and being accountable for your practice and professional actions at all times.
- Contributing to the development of nursing roles in the best interests of patients and the profession, in accordance with the NMC Code.
