Options Resourcing Ltd, a reputable company based in the UK, is seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Relationship Coordinator to join their dynamic sales team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers. The role involves account management, prospecting new business, and converting leads into customer accounts.

We estimate that this position comes with an annual salary of around £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience, and offers a range of benefits including free parking and a company pension.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing customer accounts and identify new sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek out new business and maximize sales potential
  • Process and schedule customer orders efficiently
  • Raise sales orders with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Answer sales calls and respond to email enquiries
  • Liaise with warehouse staff regarding stock levels

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Able to work co-operatively with all levels of employees
  • Proficient in MS Office and email
  • Good negotiation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and organize tasks effectively
