About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Care Manager to join our team at our prestigious care home in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective care plans to meet the needs of our residents
  • Leading a large team to deliver exceptional care services
  • Liaising with health professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Managing and administering medication in line with company policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous management experience within a care home environment
  • Extensive senior experience within an elderly or dementia care home
  • A minimum Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • A flexible approach to working hours
