We are looking for motivated and compassionate care assistants who want to make a difference to peoples lives. Full training will be provided for the right person, you just need to have the commitment.
We will support your growth within our company. We offer apprenticeships and dedicated support from your manager.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Supporting and caring for our clients in their own homes
- Providing companionship and personal care
- Assistance with Medication
- Meal preparation, shopping and light domestic duties
- Accompanying clients in the community.
- Working alongside and providing support to other carers
**You must have the following qualities**:
- Passionate about helping others
- Good communication skills
- Respectful towards others
- Empathetic and Understanding
- Preferably hold a driving license and have access to own car
