Job Summary

The Lead Cloud Security Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing secure cloud solutions that protect the organization's data and systems. The Lead Cloud Security Engineer works with other IT teams and business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve complex security challenges and risks in the cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend and implement security controls and remediation actions to mitigate risks and enhance security posture.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and events in the cloud environment and coordinate with other IT teams and external partners as needed.
  • Develop and maintain cloud security policies, procedures, and documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for cloud security in modernization and net new solution architecture.
  • Provide cloud security training and awareness to the organization and promote a culture of security.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology, with at least 2 years of experience in cloud security.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in security domains, such as identity and access management, data protection, encryption, network security, application security, and incident response.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex security projects.
