About This Role

As Partnerships Manager, Accounting Ecosystem - EMEA, you will be joining Airwallex's Commercial team in EMEA. You will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with tech-forward and established accounting firms. You will primarily focus on firms that work with international, technology, e-commerce, entertainment, and travel clients.

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly-driven Partnership Manager who has a deep understanding of the accounting ecosystem and is passionate about scaling partnerships in this space.

We operate in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 3 days a week working in our office in Holborn, London.

  • You will drive new partner acquisition and take the lead in the onboarding and activation of partners.
  • You will be accountable for managing an existing portfolio of accounting partners, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities and up-selling to existing partner accounts.
  • You will work closely with the EMEA Marketing and Sales team to position Airwallex's value proposition to accounting partners and their clients.
  • Experience working with tech-forward and established accounting firms, and the broader accounting tech ecosystem.
  • Demonstrable interest in the technology, e-commerce, entertainment, and travel sectors.
  • Strong commercial instincts and a history of meeting or exceeding targets on a consistent basis.
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (G-Suite, Looker) and building and delivering presentations for partners and clients.
  • 4+ years of work experience in a partnership or business development role in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (SaaS, FinTech or equivalent), preferably engaging with the accounting ecosystem.
  • Proactive - you identify, plan, and execute against opportunities to grow, and you enjoy problem solving to achieve those goals.
  • Commercially-minded - you enjoy negotiating and you strive to achieve the best outcomes for the business.
