We are looking for a talented EdTech Account Growth Specialist to join our team at UK Tb. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through client relationship management, candidate sourcing, and account upselling.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive revenue growth and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sources and screens high-quality candidates to meet client demands.
  • Analysed data to identify opportunities for growth and optimise account performance.

Salary & Benefits: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission scheme, clear career progression, and term-time working hours.
