The Co-op Academies Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join its Finance Team as a Financial Operations Coordinator. This role plays a crucial part in providing essential support to the staff, students, and parents of the academy.

This position involves assisting the Trust Finance Manager with the development and operation of the finance function of the academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and effective financial support to the team.

As per regulations, the post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and the successful applicant will undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Trust Finance Manager with the development and operation of the finance function.
  • Provide accurate, efficient, and effective financial support to the team.
  • Safeguard the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.

Requirements:

  • A minimum salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
