We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to manage our company's accounts payable and receivable at TP Accounting & Consultancy Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in bookkeeping and financial software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors
  • Process bank deposits and reconcile financial statements
  • Prepare, send, and store invoices, and maintain updated records of receipts
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
  • Submit tax forms and identify and address discrepancies
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable, and update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Financial Operations Coordinator or similar role
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software and advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
